What about extra-curricular participation?
- CCA participation is not compulsory in University.
- However, employers prefer students who excel both academically and non-academically.
- Our advice is to take up leadership roles or volunteer your services, in established student groups and society, such as NUS Psychology Society.
- e.g. Join us in the Executive Committee, and take charge of organizing freshman camps, academic talks, Lab tours, IMH visits, sport outings, inter-varsity collaborations, gatherings and many more!
- Additionally, CCA allows you to mix with, and make friends with like-minded others. Such opportunities are precious, since undergraduates do not have form classes that you would have had during your secondary school or JC education.
