It is the start of the semester and a new year! Have you set a realistic resolution for the year yet? If not, here is our suggestion: wake up at the same time daily 😴 !

Sleeping at a regular timing helps to regulate our circadian rhythm. This allows us to get better sleep, which in turn promotes our physical and mental wellbeing. As it is generally harder to sleep at the same time daily, we recommend waking up at the same time daily instead. We have a suggested template in the link below to get you started!
