Our very first Library of Life is here!!

Are mental disorders as uncommon as one might assume? Or as dramatic as what the media portrays?

As part of our efforts to raise awareness of mental health, join us for our first ever Library of Life! Let’s break down the stigma and hear the stories from our books who have had personal experiences with mental illnesses. Hear their stories, and feel free to engage them in a discussion on topics you are interested in.

5 books will be present for our event covering topics from depression, bipolar disorder, dissociative identity disorder to caregiving for mental illnesses.

Library of life allows you, our reader, to hear their stories in 30-minutes dialogue sessions. After every 30 minutes, you will be able to check out a new book and hear a new story. Our books can only each have a maximum of 6 readers at one time so sign up early to avoid disappointment.

The Library of Life: Real Stories from Real People
